Privacy Policy

Account information (name, email, organization) via our authentication provider; the loan files and documents your team uploads or your borrowers submit through share links; and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Solely to provide the service to your organization: reading documents, computing underwriting analysis, generating recommendations for your review, and synchronizing with systems you explicitly connect. We do not sell data. We do not use your customers' financial information for advertising. Data sent to our AI provider via API is not used to train its models.

Borrower financial information is nonpublic personal information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We process it as your service provider, restrict it to your tenant with database-enforced isolation, record all access in an immutable audit log, and never expose internal analysis on borrower-facing pages.

Your data remains yours. During the pilot program, export or deletion of a workspace is available on request and completed promptly; self-service export is on the near-term roadmap.
